Mindset Consulting is a Madrid-based international consulting firm specializing in strategic communications for tech companies and startups. Our market focus is the United States, Great Britain, Europe, and Latin America.

Who are we looking for?

Our business is growing and we're looking for PR Manager, an ambitious professional with experience in PR and/or marketing, high work standards, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow. The role implies a high level of autonomy focusing on the developing & execution **of communication strategies for clients: PR plans, distribution of press releases, newsjacking and other speaking opportunities to grow organic visibility.

• Pitch tier-1 media: initiate organic publications in various formats: op-eds, features, comments, interviews, podcasts, etc.
• Assemble topics for possible news releases, columns, feature stories
• Create media lists of relevant media and journalists
• Assist in preparing news stories and handling research for client news feeds
• Organize the speakers' participation in tech awards, conferences, and specialized events
• Edit texts written by the copywriter, in particular, blogs, op-eds, interviews
• Write press releases and comments on behalf of the company speaker
